How do I audit delegation activities? 
 
  I am a SharePoint site collection administrator and I would like to view a history of all user management activities performed by delegated administrators.  How do I audit delegation activities? 

Go to Site Actions -> Site Settings -> Modify All Site Settings from the top level site of the site collection for which ExCM - SE delegation features have been activated.  On the Delegation Management menu, click Delegation Change Log.

The Delegation Change Logs list keeps a detailed history of all user management activities.
