Can I view All my alerts in one location?
Our users are having issues managing their alerts across the portal. They have no idea sometimes that they have set up an alert to a list/library unless ofcourse they can dig up the email confirmation that was originally sent or looking it up one site at a time.
Is there a way to configure AM to display all my alerts across multiple sites and site collections in a single view? not just site-by site basis.

No, Alert Manager 2009 only shows alerts for the currently selected site. You do have the option to change your site view so you can manage all of your alerts from one location. I'm sorry I could not provide better news but SharePoint limits what type of information that can be displayed.

In Outlook 2007, go to Tools>Rules and Alerts. Click the Alerts tab and there you will see all of your alerts.
