Register and Reset Password page problem

    From the login page when I click either Register or Reset Password links I am simply redirected to the login page.  I have checked the anonymous settings in IIS on those pages and they are set to allow anonymous.  I have changed the delegation settings to alow registration, etc.  Do any of those changes require an IISReset?  If so I'll have to plan it.

    Yes, you need to enable the 'List and Libraries' anonymous access level for your the site which hosts the reset and registration pages (typically your root site). Check out the Enable Anonymous Access section of the Setup a site with ExCM help page.
