Problem using custom filter in Alertmanager

I want to use the option "Send Alerts for These Changes" custom filter on a alert created with Alertmanager. But with I setup a custom filter an alert is not sent.

The custom filter I am using is the following

     Approval Status/New - Equal to - approved

I have tried all possible combinations and options but no e-mail message is sent when using a custom filter.

Is this a known problem and can it be fixed or maybe is there something I have missed.

SharePoint stores Approval Status information as integers corresponding to the SPModerationStatusType class. The following integer values can be used to alert on the Approval Status field.

    Approved : 0

    Denied : 1

    Pending : 2

    Draft : 3

    Scheduled : 4

    Thanks for your reply.

I have tried all the settings but still it is not working. Do you have another solution?
